Our team started with experience in strategy consulting. On top of that, we built and managed healthcare and elderly care sites ourselves, gaining practical, on–the–ground knowledge. This lets us give advice that truly understands the issues and also helps put those ideas into practice by working directly with management.
We also use our own sites as pilot locations to test new ideas. The results help us improve our recommendations and even launch new projects.

MEDIVA VIETNAM, established in 2018 and 100% owned by MEDIVA, opened Binh Duong Urban Clinic in 2019 in Binh Duong New City (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).
We provide high–quality, patient–centered medical care in a clean and comfortable environment, supporting both local and international residents to live with peace of mind.
Furthermore, in 2025, MEDIVA VIETNAM launched a general consulting business, in the healthcare and elderly care sectors between Japan and Vietnam.

Health ScreeningDedicated for women
Founded in 2007, our women–only health checkup clinics are staffed entirely by female doctors and staff.
Currently, we operate 4 women–only clinics and 1 general clinic in Tokyo, serving over 50,000 female patients annually.
We focus on the early detection of women–specific conditions such as breast and cervical cancers. For breast examinations, we collaborate with St. Luke’s International Hospital Breast Center, one of Japan’s leading institutions in treatment outcomes.
We aim to be a partner that continues to support each woman’s health throughout her life.
